Production Supervisor - line performance (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Corner Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
