Production Supervisor - line performance (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Timber Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 692 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
