Production Supervisor - line performance (El Paso, TX)

Bright Pike Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
