Production Supervisor - line performance (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Timber Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
