Production Supervisor - line performance (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Willow Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 865 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
