Production Supervisor - line performance (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Amber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Detroit. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
