Production Supervisor - line performance (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sable Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
