Production Supervisor - line performance (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Granite Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Denver region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Denver. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
