Production Supervisor - line performance (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Denver. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
