Production Supervisor - line performance (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Nova Drift Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
