Production Supervisor - line performance (Dallas, TX)

Amberfield Harbor Farms Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
