Production Supervisor - line performance (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
