Production Supervisor - line performance (Dallas, TX)

Silverline River Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
