Production Supervisor - line performance (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Columbus, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
