Production Supervisor - line performance (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Meadow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Columbus. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
