Production Supervisor - line performance (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Iron Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Cleveland producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
