Production Supervisor - line performance (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Sable Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
