Production Supervisor - line performance (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Ridge Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
