Production Supervisor - line performance (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Timber Medical is a Chicago company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
