Production Supervisor - line performance (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
