Production Supervisor - line performance (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Corner Medical Group is a Chicago company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
