Production Supervisor - line performance (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
