Production Supervisor - line performance (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in Charleston. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
