Production Supervisor - line performance (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Cedar Timber Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 425 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
