Production Supervisor - line performance (Buffalo, NY)

Harborlight Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Buffalo, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 421 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
