Production Supervisor - line performance (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Timber Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Boston. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
