Production Supervisor - line performance (Boston, MA)

Bright Timber Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
