Production Supervisor - line performance (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Bright Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
