Production Supervisor - line performance (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Birmingham producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
