Production Supervisor - line performance (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Summit Thistle Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
