Production Supervisor - line performance (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing makes precision components in Baltimore. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
