Production Supervisor - line performance (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind Nest Pharma develops and makes medicines in Baltimore. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on line performance. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
