Production Supervisor - line performance (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Manufacturing Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and scrap and rework. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
