Production Supervisor - line performance (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Nest Press Group is a printer and publisher in Baltimore serving local and national clients, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
