Production Supervisor - line performance (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Juniper Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Atlanta plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
