Production Supervisor - line performance (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Willow Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on line performance for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
