Production Supervisor - line performance (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Haven Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
