Production Supervisor - line performance (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Albuquerque, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
