Production Supervisor - line performance (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Granite Medical is a Albuquerque company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our line performance. You would join a large organisation of about 258 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
