Production Supervisor - line performance (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Thistle Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be line performance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
