Product Manager - search and discovery (Wichita, KS)

Fernwood Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Wichita with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting.
