Product Manager - search and discovery (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Bright Maple Markets Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
