Product Manager - search and discovery (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Amber Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
