Product Manager - search and discovery (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Bright Financial serves customers across Wichita with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
