Product Manager - search and discovery (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Wichita. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
