Product Manager - search and discovery (Virginia Beach, VA)

Fernwood Corner Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
