Product Manager - search and discovery (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tulsa, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
