Product Manager - search and discovery (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
