Product Manager - search and discovery (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge West Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
