Product Manager - search and discovery (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
